A long 10-hours school day every Wednesday. From 10AM ~ 8PM, Photoshop lessons to scriptwriting and finally watching movie. Hahahaha yes, we watch movies during lessons. It's part of my course's module. But of course, we don't have lessons consecutively, there's a long ass 3 hours break in between that leaves us bored asf every week.

Thankfully, we discovered a sanctuary filled with adorable little furkids for us to hangout during the 3 hours break.

Located at Bugis+, #07-07, is a dog petting cafe that allows you to pet dogs. *What?*
Actually I'll be frank... I really don't see the point of a dog cafe except for the fact you have cute bunch of furkids accompanying you. Alright, maybe that's the point.. What am I saying. /facepalm

Good enough though, we can hang out with a bunch of legit bitches that doesn't bitch about us, AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY CUTEEEEEEEEEE AND CUDDLY. Also, you don't have crazy possessive owners telling you to keep your hands off their pups! Pffts.

Alright, long story short. The entry fee is about $10.50? I can't really remember. You get to stay for 2 hours, to chill, rot, roll around, whatever. Just don't abuse the dogs and no feeding of your own food. The entry fee comes with a complimentary drink, you just have to claim it during your stay there, before you leave.

Opening hour:

Mon-Thu: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Fri-Sat: 12:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Sun: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm

A quick secret though, regular customers get to stay longer than we think (From what I observed). And if it isn't crowded you can stay for as long as you want! But of course, don't exploit lah... Hahahaha.

A bad thing about the cafe though: The dogs don't like you unless you are a regular customer.
I'm being pretty blunt here, but during my first hour there in the afternoon (4PM+), none of the dogs wanted to hang out with me and Tiff unless we buy the dog treat there at $3/pack. It was fairly crowded, filled with regular customers, and most of the dogs were on their laps snoozing away, :/


A good thing tho, after we left, we were allowed to return to the cafe after our lesson end @ 8PM to finish up our remaining session. It was around 8:30PM when we return and the cafe was pretty empty! This time, the dogs were finally coming to us and lying down on our laps, hehe.


And when they are not on your laps, they are happily hopping and playing around~


My visit there was okay, but I've read bad reviews too. My suggestion is just go and give the cafe a chance! And I hope you guys have a pleasant stay too, :)
